In an interview for Deutsche Welle, Germany's international broadcasting corporation, the President of the International Progress Organization, Dr. Hans Koechler, has outlined the principles of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and analyzed its prospects under the conditions of today's unipolar global order.

In a conversation with Nick Amies from Deutsche Welle's Brussels Bureau, Hans Koechler gave an overview of the movement's history and answered questions as to the relevance of NAM under the new geostrategic conditions, particularly dealing with regional conflicts and international power politics.
