Hans Köchler, President of the International Progress Organization and co-founder of the European Ombudsman Institute, presents documentation of the Bosphorus Roundtable in Istanbul ("Sovereignty and Coercion: The United Nations in the Web of Power Politics") to Prof. Nina Karpachova, Vice-President of the European Ombudsman Institute (EOI) and First Vice-President of the Ukrainian Bar Association. From 1998 to 2012, Ms. Karpachova served as Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian Parlament] Commissioner for Human Rights.
